Photo Colorimeters Model (SECO-gn-si-dpc-1
& 2) are available with 8 and 5 filters
respectively. The output is available on a 2½ digit
red LED display in terms of Optical Density(OD). High
standard glass filters covering the complete visible range
from 400-700nm mounted on a rotating disc, 6.5V tungston
lamp as a light source and a highly sensitive photocell
makes the instrument rugged, accurate and economical in
maintenance. A sample size of 1ml makes the operations'
highly economical. Provision has been made to switch ON
the light source when needed thereby increasing the life
of the photocell tremendously. The instrument is extremely
useful for quantitative estimation of several chemical
substances including blood chemistries in Chemical/Clinical
Labs pharmaceutical industries, medicine, plants, water
treatment plants, agriculture universities etc
