Karl
Fischer Titrimeters, Model (1) and (2) are extremely useful
instruments for accurate determination of moisture contents
in various samples. The instruments have been designed
in two seperate units i.e. Titration Unit & Control
Unit. The Titration unit contains magnetic stirring mechanism,
solenoid valve and and a glass assembly. This unit can
be kept seperately from the Control unit so as to avoid
the damage of Control unit due to accidental spillage
of corrosive chemicals. Control unit controls the complete
automatic titrations. It mainly consists of Run, Add and
End LED's to indicate the status of titration. On pressing
the Start push-button, The Karl Fischer reagent is added
automatically in the titration vessel. As the end point
is reached, The titration stop automatically. The instrument
is extremely useful in pharmaceutical industries, Drug
industries, Sugar industries, Paint industries, Food and
Textile industries etc..
