(1) are sophisticated, rugged & reliable instruments
designed for the measurement of suspensions in water.
A light source is focused at right angle on a test tube
containing sample solution. The suspension is detected
by a photo electric detector which is amplified and indicated
on a 3½ digit LED display. Digital Turbidity Meter
Model (1) has two ranges of 200 NTU and 1000 NTU. It has
an accuracy of 3% FSD. Its drift free and accurate readings
make it a useful instrument for Turbidity determination.
Digital Nephelometer (Model 341E) has two ranges of 20
NTU and 200 NTU. The instruments are extremely useful
for measurement of suspended particles in sewerage water,
industrial dispSECOl water, drinking water, river, stream
and canal water. These instruments are also useful for
chemical analysis of phosphate and sulphate and in chloride
determinations.
