These class III bio safety cabinets
find extensive application in scientific, medical and
industrial fields where localised high quality CLEAN
AIRàworking environment is required in the work
zone and at the same time protection of personnel and
the environment/atmosphere is required. Its exhaust
system ensure 100% exhaust of air from the work area
via suitable plenum under the S.S. perforated table,
and it works in tandem with the main air flow system.
The built in HEPA filter and virus burn out system at
exhaust ensures environment protection.
The unit is supplied complete with HEPA filter for work
area & for exhaust, pre filters, U.V. Light at work
area & exhaust, front door fitted with glove ports,
static pressure manometer, gas cock.

Clean Bio Safe Biological Safety cabinet: Class I
Ø
These
class I safety cabinet provide protection for the operator
and the environment, with inward airflow away from the
operator. Air is filtered before release to the atmosphere.
Negative pressure is maintained within the cabinet, which
is suitable for work where no product protection is required.
These cabinets are self contained 100% exhaust containment
enclosures. Air from the work zone passes through a two-stage,
high efficiency filter system before being exhausted to
the room/atmosphere. These cabinets may be installed on
standard laboratory benches or on optional support stands.
Personnel and environment protection is provided by inward
flow of room air at the work area and high-efficiency
particulate air (HEPA) filtration of exhaust air. The
inward airflow sweeps aerosols generated during the work
process away from the operator into the filter system.
A prefilter protects the HEPA filter from large particles,
and the HEPA filter removes particulate contaminates down
to sub-micron size from the exhaust air.
Supplied complete as above, with cord and plug, suitable
to work on 220 volts single phase, 50 Hz, Ac supply.
