General Qualities and Applications
of Furnace: Available in Electric, Gas
and Diesel fired, the Furnaces have the features of
digital temperature system. The temperature varies from
0 to 1200°C.These can be used in various industries
like Brass, Copper, Steel, Stainless Steel, Aluminium,
Zinc for Enameling, Hardening, Carburizing, Preheating,
Annealing, Normalizing, Sintering, Tempering and Laboratory
Uses. They are readily available in all sizes as per

Construction:
The furnace has ro-bust construction with muffle of high-grade
refractory wound with famous "Kanthal " Heating
Elements sealed and fitting the embedding cement. The
chamber is fired at 1500*C. Surrounded by high quality
high temprature insulated bricks and insulated powder
forefront is fitted with electric resistance sheet. |

Temperature
control: Temperature is controlled by Temperature Controller
cum Indicator with Thermocouple with necessary lead wire
fitted in the base-front of the furnace .With automatic
door switch, heating is cut off while operating the door
with counter balance handle front panel has two indicators
light and Sunvic energy regulator, Designed to operate
upto 220 volts. Single phase 50 cycles A.C. |

The casting:
is made of thick milled steel sheet reinforced with Iron
angle screw joints, riveting and welding where necessary.
The outer body is finished with enamel paint. |
